How we structure a first order

The first question we ask is not what you want to spend. It is what your customer already buys. Answer that and the vape cartridge list writes itself; skip it and you end up with a pallet of stock that photographs well and sells badly.

Factory capacity matters more than factory size. A line that can hold a tolerance across 5,000 units is worth more than a showroom that can produce 50,000 on paper. We qualify capacity by running a repeat order and measuring the drift.

Price breaks and payment terms

Unit price breaks usually land at 200, 500 and 1000 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.

We publish a realistic band of 1.92 to 6.02 per unit for standard configurations at 200 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
