For private label accounts we hold the artwork files and the approval record. Rebranding a line eighteen months later is then a file update instead of a redesign.
The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.
Where the margin really sits
We publish a realistic band of 1.91 to 5.53 per unit for standard configurations at 120 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
A landed cost sheet for vape cartridge has five lines: unit price, packaging, freight, duty and the cost of defects. Quoting only the first line is how buyers end up surprised at the fourth.
Building an assortment that actually turns
Most adult smokers arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. We normally propose three tiers: a volume line that carries the shelf, a step-up line that lifts basket value, and one trial SKU that tells you what to order next season.

How long does production take?
Around 20 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 120 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
