After-sales, replacements and reorders

The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.

For private label accounts we hold the artwork files and the approval record. Rebranding a line eighteen months later is then a file update instead of a redesign.

Assortment planning without the guesswork

Most adult smokers arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. We normally propose three tiers: a volume line that carries the shelf, a step-up line that lifts basket value, and one trial SKU that tells you what to order next season.

A practical starting order for adult smokers is 120 units across two or three SKUs, not 120 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
