What a sensible opening order looks like
Sourcing trips still matter for volume buyers. Seeing the line, the ageing room and the packing station tells you in an hour what six emails cannot. We host visits by appointment and we do not stage them.
Most adult smokers arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. We normally propose three tiers: a volume line that carries the shelf, a step-up line that lifts basket value, and one trial SKU that tells you what to order next season.
Presentation that earns the step-up
Photography matters for online listings. Shoot on a neutral background with the device at a slight angle, show the pack alongside the unit, and keep the same framing across the range so the grid reads as a family.
Seasonality in vape cartridges is real but smaller than most buyers assume. The bigger swing comes from restocking discipline, not from calendar events.
