Assortment planning without the guesswork

Most adult smokers arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. We normally propose three tiers: a volume line that carries the shelf, a step-up line that lifts basket value, and one trial SKU that tells you what to order next season.
When you compare suppliers for vape cartridge, ask for the last three production dates on the same SKU. If the answers are vague, the specification is not being held and the next batch will not match the sample you approved.
After-sales, replacements and reorders
For private label accounts we hold the artwork files and the approval record. Rebranding a line eighteen months later is then a file update instead of a redesign.

How the price is actually built
Currency moves more than most buyers expect over a twelve month supply plan. We quote in USD and hold the price for 30 days from confirmation so your margin calculation is not guesswork.
We publish a realistic band of 1.80 to 5.55 per unit for standard configurations at 240 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

Getting the carton there intact
Freight on vape cartridges is driven by volume more than weight. Cartons are designed to hit a clean pallet count, which is why a slightly denser pack can cut your landed cost by more than a discount on the unit price ever would.
Damage in transit is nearly always a packing decision, not bad luck. Double-walled cartons, internal dividers and a drop-tested configuration cost a little more and save the argument at the other end.

We would rather lose an order at quotation stage than explain a mismatch after delivery, which is why the specification conversation comes before the price conversation.

How long does production take?
Around 22 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
