Assortment planning without the guesswork
Most adult smokers arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. We normally propose three tiers: a volume line that carries the shelf, a step-up line that lifts basket value, and one trial SKU that tells you what to order next season.
Sourcing trips still matter for volume buyers. Seeing the line, the ageing room and the packing station tells you in an hour what six emails cannot. We host visits by appointment and we do not stage them.

Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 240 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Split shipments are quoted separately because consolidation and splitting price differently. Tell us the destination list at quotation stage and we will show both options.
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
