Batch consistency and why it matters

We ship vape cartridges to distributors, chain buyers and independent shops. What follows is the material we normally cover in a first conversation: what we hold in stock, how we test it, how it ships, and what happens when a carton arrives damaged.

Leak complaints almost always trace back to one of three things: an over-torqued centre post, a seal that sat in a hot container, or a fill volume pushed past the design limit. We cap fill volume slightly below maximum for exactly that reason.

Where the margin really sits

We publish a realistic band of 1.76 to 5.98 per unit for standard configurations at 500 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For adult smokers the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.

Compliance without the last-minute scramble

We keep batch codes traceable from carton to production date. When a market authority asks for traceability, a supplier who cannot produce it in an hour becomes a liability very quickly.

Advertising rules are stricter than product rules in most markets. Claims about cessation, health or comparative performance should stay off packaging and off your product pages unless your legal team has signed them off.

Building an assortment that actually turns

Most adult smokers arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. We normally propose three tiers: a volume line that carries the shelf, a step-up line that lifts basket value, and one trial SKU that tells you what to order next season.

Sourcing trips still matter for volume buyers. Seeing the line, the ageing room and the packing station tells you in an hour what six emails cannot. We host visits by appointment and we do not stage them.

Specification summary

We would rather lose an order at quotation stage than explain a mismatch after delivery, which is why the specification conversation comes before the price conversation.
