Quality control, in plain terms
Ordering vape cartridge is not difficult. Ordering vape cartridge that sell through without a return queue behind them is the part most buyers underestimate, and it is where we spend our time. We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.
Cosmetic grading is written down, not argued about. Minor scuffs inside the tolerance band are accepted; anything that would make a customer put the unit back on the shelf is rejected. Your staff should never have to explain a finish defect to a paying customer.
Where the margin really sits
Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.
We publish a realistic band of 1.82 to 5.27 per unit for standard configurations at 500 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Turning shelf space into repeat visits
Seasonality in vape cartridges is real but smaller than most buyers assume. The bigger swing comes from restocking discipline, not from calendar events.
Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep vape cartridges at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.

Paperwork, labelling and market rules
Regulation for vape cartridges differs by country and sometimes by state. We do not pretend to be your lawyer, but we do keep the document pack current and we will tell you when a configuration cannot legally enter a market you have named.
If you sell into a market that requires child-resistant packaging, say so at quotation stage. Retrofitting a CR closure onto a finished bottle design usually means a new mould and a four week delay.

Standard configurations start at 500 units per SKU, with mixed SKUs allowed inside the same carton. Custom colours, custom packaging or a private label run usually start at 1000 units because of setup time on the line.
How long does production take?
Around 12 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
