Reading a quotation properly
We publish a realistic band of 1.82 to 5.55 per unit for standard configurations at 240 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Currency moves more than most buyers expect over a twelve month supply plan. We quote in USD and hold the price for 30 days from confirmation so your margin calculation is not guesswork.
Getting the carton there intact
Transit times move with the season. Book space early for Q4 and around Chinese New Year, when factory output pauses for two to three weeks and freight rates tighten at the same time.
We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou: air express for samples and part loads, sea freight for volume. Typical production lead time is 20 working days after artwork approval, plus transit. We quote both routes so you can see the trade-off instead of guessing at it.

What happens when something goes wrong

What documents come with a shipment?
