Choosing Vape Cartridge support basics

We ship vape cartridges to distributors, chain buyers and independent shops. What follows is the material we normally cover in a first conversation: what we hold in stock, how we test it, how it ships, and what happens when a carton arrives damaged.

Paperwork, labelling and market rules

Ordering vape cartridge is not difficult. Ordering vape cartridge that sell through without a return queue behind them is the part most buyers underestimate, and it is where we spend our time. We supply adult smokers in European and North American markets with core lines that turn over predictably, and we keep the specification list short enough for your team to actually manage.

Advertising rules are stricter than product rules in most markets. Claims about cessation, health or comparative performance should stay off packaging and off your product pages unless your legal team has signed them off.

Labels are where good orders go wrong. Nicotine warnings, child-resistant closures, batch coding and market-specific text all have to be correct before the pallet leaves. We prepare test reports, declaration of conformity and safety data sheets for each shipment and we ask for your destination list early so artwork matches the market.

Reading a quotation properly

We publish a realistic band of 1.86 to 5.59 per unit for standard configurations at 500 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.

For adult smokers, the practical answer is usually a shorter range: two core lines, one step-up, one trial SKU. Everything else is inventory risk wearing a nice finish.

Where defects actually come from

Leak complaints almost always trace back to one of three things: an over-torqued centre post, a seal that sat in a hot container, or a fill volume pushed past the design limit. We cap fill volume slightly below maximum for exactly that reason.

A 0.5 percent defect rate sounds excellent until it lands on a 600 unit order and you are handling three returns in a week. We quote realistic rates per category and we credit in advance for the known failure modes.

  • Consolidated or split shipping, quoted both ways
  • Standing reorder schedule with a fixed cut-off
  • Cartons drop-tested and pallet-counted for clean freight
  • Document pack prepared per destination market
  • Named account contact who has handled the product
  • Seven-day defect reporting with replace-or-credit

Choosing the core line

Colour range is where assortments quietly die. Six finishes look impressive in a brochure and disastrous on a shelf with 40 cm of space. We recommend two finishes per core SKU and let the trial line carry the novelty.

Factory capacity matters more than factory size. A line that can hold a tolerance across 5,000 units is worth more than a showroom that can produce 50,000 on paper. We qualify capacity by running a repeat order and measuring the drift.

We would rather lose an order at quotation stage than explain a mismatch after delivery, which is why the specification conversation comes before the price conversation.

Frequently asked

What happens if part of the order is defective?

Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.

Can we order samples before committing?

Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 500 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.

How long does production take?

Around 30 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
